Rochester Districts Men’s & Women’s Singles Tournament

Tournament is open to all residents of Rochester and the surrounding district

Minimum age: 16 years old during calendar year 2024

Register online through TopDog Website

No USTA rating required

Players may enter a maximum of 2 events

Format

Best of 3 Sets, Regular Scoring.

Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and circumstances.

Cost

$35 per player

Payments will be collected via stripe at the time of registration. Payment must be completed by the registration deadline.

T-shirts are provided for all participants.

Awards for winners and finalists.

Which Rating Category should I sign up for?

• Players may choose to play up if desired.
• Players may not move down a level.
• The tournament committee has final discretion to determine the proper rating category of all players.
• All Juniors (18 and under) must sign up for 4.0 level or higher.

SCHEDULING GUIDELINES

• All participants must be available for the duration of the tournament.
• Weekday matches will begin at 5pm and 7pm
• Weekend matches will begin at 1pm, 3pm, and 5pm
• We will attempt to accommodate work-related conflicts as best as possible.
• Scheduling conflicts not communicated to the tournament director prior to the close of registration will not be accommodated.
• Players must check in at the tournament desk at least 10 minutes before scheduled matches.
• Late Penalties: 15 minutes after match start time results in 3 game penalty, 30 minutes results in forfeit.
• If you enter two events, or if we experience extended periods of inclement weather, be prepared to play twice in a day.

TOURNAMENT MATCH SCHEDULE & WEATHER UPDATES WILL BE COMMUNICATED THROUGH EMAIL VIA TOPDOG. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE ON TOPDOG WEBSITE.

MATCH SCHEDULES MAY BE ADJUSTED ON A DAILY BASIS DUE TO CONFLICTS ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY’S PLAY.
