With all the action taking place indoors at the spectacular Moorland Tennis & Pickleball Club, this event is one not to miss!
EVENTS SCHEDULE Saturday - June 9th: Doors open and check-in begins at 6:30 am
7:30 AM | MEN’S 3.0: Match start times are at 7:30 am. Call time is 7 am. Keep in mind that all match start times are estimates and may be called early. Format: Round Robin with all teams advancing to a seeded, single elimination playoff.
7:30 AM | MEN’S 3.5: Match start time is at 7:30 am. Call time is 7 am. Keep in mind that all match start times are estimates and may be called early. Format: Round Robin. Each team will get 10 games. No playoff.
7:30 AM | WOMEN’S 3.5: Match start time is at 7:30 am. Call time is 7 am. Keep in mind that all match start times are estimates and may be called early. Format: Round Robin with all teams advancing to a seeded, single elimination playoff.

11:15 AM | MEN'S 4.5 - POOLS A & B: Match start times are at 11:15 am. Call time is 10:45 am. Keep in mind that all match start times are estimates and may be called early. Format: Round Robin with top 4 teams from each pool advancing to a seeded, single elimination playoff.
11:30 AM | MEN'S 4.0 - POOLS A & B: Match start times are at 11:30 am. Call time is 11 am. Keep in mind that all match start times are estimates and may be called early. Format: Round Robin with top 4 teams from each pool advancing to a seeded, single elimination playoff.
3:45 PM | WOMEN'S 5.0: Match start times are at 3:45 pm. Call time is 3:15 pm. Keep in mind that all match start times are estimates and may be called early. Format: Round Robin. Each team will get 11 games. No playoff.
4 PM | MEN'S 5.0: Match start times are at 4 pm. Call time is 3:30 pm. Keep in mind that all match start times are estimates and may be called early. Format: Round Robin with top 4 teams from each pool advancing to a seeded, single elimination playoff. 12:15 PM | MIXED 3.5: Match start times are at 12:15 pm. Call time is 11:45 am. Keep in mind that all match start times are estimates and may be called early. Format: Round Robin. Each team will get 12 games. No playoff.
SANDBAGGING | OUT OF ONE'S LEAGUE: It is the athlete's responsibility to register for a division that suits his or her skill level. It is the tournament director's responsibility to facilitate competitive divisions if at all possible. The tournament director shall have the authority to change an Athlete's or Team's registered division for the betterment of the tournament. CANCELATIONS: All team cancellations will be assessed a $10 cancellation fee per player regardless of the reason for canceling. Team cancellations must be received in writing via email by Monday, May 28, 2018 at 11:59 pm. After May 28, 2018, no refunds will be given for cancellations. It is the player’s responsibility to find a replacement partner. Cancellation refunds issued at the completion of the tournament. All decisions of the tournament director are final. REGISTRATION REFUSAL: If Pickleball Champions Series identifies an athlete that violates our good sportsman Code of Conduct, PCS reserves the right to refuse registration and or remove an athlete from the event in progress.
