1. Players are responsible to return to this tournament site to determine start day/time.
2. Players will NOT be sent any notification
3. Tournament format will be determined by the number of players registered for each division.
4. There may be the option to combine divisions.
5. $20.00 doubles fee is per player.
6. Once the draw is published, no refunds will be issued.
7. Unusual circumstances may be accepted for refunds, contact the tournament director for further information.
8. If a round robin format is used, the standard match won/loss record will determine the winner. In case of a tie, only then will the number of games won/loss will be used to break the tie.
